Refund & Return Policy

At SavvySox, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your Collector Pack.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns Due to the personal nature of apparel and health regulations, socks must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in unworn condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may choose the carrier of your choice; however, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds & Exchanges Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Alternatively, we offer free exchanges for items of equal value.
